As a non-profit organisation, Thandanani is run by two volunteer committees consisting of people passionate about caring for the disadvantaged children of our community:

The Management Committee
Chairman: Paul McKibbin

The Management Committee concerns itself with every aspect of running a House of Refuge including areas such as: Property maintenance and development, Human Resources, Welfare, Fundraising and the
Financial management.

The Welfare Committee
Chairwoman: Pam Bates

The Welfare Committee is a sub-committee of the Management Committee and work tirelessly to ensure that the general welfare of the children and staff are met with the greatest of care.

In addition to this committee, Thandanani also benefits from the Joint Board, which covers the development of the property.
